Attention Drama Club and Tech Crew members:  Our annual Thespian Induction and picnic will be this coming Monday (May 17) at 6 p.m. at Chelsey Summer's House.  Make sure you pick up your invitation from the CallBoards in either the Band or Orchestra/Choir hallways.  Questions, see Mr. Crawford or Mrs. Vance.

Attention Seniors:  Please take care of all fees and fines ASAP.  This includes athletic fees, school fees, library fines/fees, and any other class fee that you might owe.  Diplomas and final transcripts will be held until all outstanding obligations are resolved.

Want to Raise Your Scores on the ACT? Register and attend the Hilliard ACT Boot Camp June  7th-11th from 8:00-9:45am at Hilliard Darby High School. Cost is $100.00.

Students enrolled in AP Language and Composition next year need to attend a mandatory short informational meeting after school on Monday, May 17th in the media center.  The purpose of this meeting is to receive summer assignments.  The meeting begins at 3 PM.

Now on to sports

Phil Huff held top-seeded Grove City to 1 run and 3 hits as he pitched a complete game to lead the baseball Wildcats to a 4 to 1 win over the Greyhounds.  Andrew Gronski smashed a solo home run, and Grant Whipple and Michael Scaglione each had RBI hits.  The Cats advance to the district semi-final against Reynoldsburg on Monday, at Grove City with game time at 2 pm.  Thanks to all of the fans who made the trip for your enthusiastic support!

Congratulations to the Hilliard Davidson athletes of the week for the week of May 8th: Brianna Rambadt (Girls Track), Adam Lewis (Boys Lacrosse), Nathan Moore (Boys Track), Jimmy Curtis (Boys Volleyball). Please stop by the athletic office to get your t-shirt.

Congratulations to the following Girls track members for be all league the 4x8 (Heather Coonfare, Lauren Hoover, Jessica Hoover and Caroline Hildebrand) Taylor Brown in the pole vault, Gabby Vorris in the high jump and Alex Bauer in the Discus all came in 1st place in their respective events. The Girls are in action at Bradley for the Finals of the OCC central division beginning at noon Saturday for field events and 2 pm for the running events. Come out to support the Wildcats.

There will be a manatory meeting for any girl interesting in playing volleyball at Davidson this fall on Tuesday May 18 at 3pm in room 170.  At that time, you will get a summer calendar and camp brochure. If you can not come, please see Coach Cameron prior to Tuesday.

A reminder to all girls tennis prospects.  We will meet in the Commons right after school Monday.  Information on Summer and Fall activities will be given, as will final schedules.  All girls not involved in a Spring sport should attend.
