Happy Birthday Today To: Hannah Hunt, Navjot Ladhar, Olivia Pabisinski, Jason Smith, and Juan Thomas.

Congratulations goes to  the following students for qualifying for the YMCA Nationals for swimming.  They will participate in Nationals in April. Erin Brooks placed in Nationals for the 100 yard back stroke,  Sarah Behrent placed in the 50 yard free style and Jake Miller placed in the 50 and 100 yard free style to move on to the Nationals.  Way to go and Good luck!

Seniors- The application form for the Hilliard area Chamber of Commerce Hollyfest scholarship is in the guidance office.  Stop in and pick up a form.  This scholarship is worth $8000 and the deadline to turn it in is March 19th.

The Interact Club will have a meeting after school in room 103 on Wednesday, March 10th. 

General Key Club meeting is today!--Please have all Anthony Thomas Candy sold and bring your envelopes to the meeting- please bring your med kits and toiletries for the Hilliard Food and Welfare Council.  Remember, our next general meeting in March will be March 15th at Arbors!

Attention Sophomores & Juniors:  If you would like something challenging and fun to do this summer, check out the list of Summer College Opportunities in the Registrar’s office room 177!  Some of the programs include: The Ohio State University:  Optometry and Linguistics & Pre College Engineering, College of Nursing:  Diversity in Nursing, Waynesburg University: Sports Announcing Camp and may more offerings.

Calling all Filmmakers! Entries for the 9th Annual Hilliard Davidson Film Fest are now being accepted. Any student who has made a short, original movie for fun or for class is welcome to submit. Please give a .MOV file of your masterpiece to Mr. Aumiller or Mr. Gerdeman before March 17.

Rotary International is sponsoring The Four-Way Test Speech Contest. Any Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior is eligible. District Prizes: First Prize: $300; Second Prize: $200; Third Prize: $100. Contact Mr. Forte for information packet and questions.

Now On To Sports

All Girls involved in Track- Practice will be held after school today. Please dress appropriately and make sure that you have all of your paper work turned in. Failure to do so will result in being withheld from practice.

Softball Tryouts begin today from 6-9PM. Contact Coach Downard or Coach Forte with any questions.

Congratulations to the Davidson Competition Team who completed their season yesterday in style.  The team finished as the OASSA State Runners Up in Division 1, easily defeating OCC rivals Darby and Coffman.  Congratulations to the girls on a fantastic season and congratulations to seniors Alyssa Antal, Carly Catlett, Laura Lee, Cassi Lemaster, Chloe Moreland, and Julie Samuel for wonderful careers here at Davidson. 

Congratulations to both winter guard groups for an outstanding performance this weekend at Dublin Jerome.  HIPE A came in second in their class and HIPE Open was first.  Great job everyone.
