Registration Information for Students New to the District

Students MUST register with the District Registrar’s Registration Page. Visit the District Curriculum for additional information. Upon completion of registration, the Weaver Guidance Office will contact the parent/guardian to create a schedule and set a start date.

Preparing for the 2025-26 School Year

6th into 7th

Middle School Program of Studies – Additionally, see below for videos about electives options.
February 13, 2025 Weaver Principals and School Counselor will come to Tharp and talk about the Middle School Experience.
February 19, 2025 Parents only scheduling meeting 6-7 pm at Weaver Middle School.
February 20, 2025 WMS Counselor will be at Tharp all day to schedule with students.
February 12 through March 5, 2025 Home Access window is open for students to make changes to elective selections.

7th into 8th

February 18 and 19, 2025 Weaver Counselors will be talking to 7th grade students about registering for next year’s classes during their Social Studies classes.

High School Program of Studies
January 22 and 29, 2025 Davidson counselors will be meeting with all 8th grade students at Weaver during their social studies class on January 22nd to give general information, then on January 29th to verify they have signed up for enough credits. Presentation.
January 27, 2025 (Rescheduled due to snow day) Scheduling Parent Meeting will be held at 6-7 pm at Davidson High School. Presentation.
January 23 through 31, 2025 Home Access scheduling window is open.
TBA Davidson counselors meeting with students to verify schedules.
