PTO Committee Information

Members:

President:
-Presides at all PTO and Executive Board meetings
-Coordinates the work with officers and standing committees
-Appoints the chairpersons of the Standing and Special Committees
-Performs other duties as may be assigned

Vice – President:
-Assists the President as is requested
-Performs the duties of the President in the absence or inability of the President
-Performs other duties as may be assigned

Secretary:
-Records the minutes of all meetings of the PTO and Executive Board
-Performs other duties as may be assigned

Treasurer:
-Has custody of all the funds of the PTO
-Keeps an accurate, itemized account of receipts and expenditures
-Disburses funds only upon authorization of the PTO
-Presents an itemized report at the PTO and Executive Board meetings
-Submits all records for audit whenever requested
