Student Fees

As you know, the Hilliard City School District charges a $30 materials fee to all students in grades K-8. This fee will be used to help offset the cost of consumable materials such as paper that is used in classrooms by students. You may pay this fee with cash, check or credit card. If you pay with a check, please make the check payable to Hilliard City School District and list your student’s name in the memo section of the check. You can send the check or money to school with your child and the office will send home a receipt. Please do not combine funds into one check when paying for several items within the school district. For example, please do not write one check for fees, lunch tickets, Weekly Readers, etc. Separate checks must be written for all items.
