Parents: What to do before Tryouts1. Register / Update your athlete in Final Forms: https://hilliard-oh.finalforms.com/parents/login*Make sure to complete all documents in Final Forms. (There are several documents when registering / updating that students will need to sign as well.)2. Verify your child will have a valid sports physical on file. Everyone must have a current sports physical on file to try out (they last 1 year)! Upload in Final Forms. No exceptions.
