Zaria Hampton finished off her Senior season for Darby’s Girls Golf with an average of 79, which equated to finishing 2nd Team All OCC Cardinal. She led our team with total birdies, 9- and 18-hole averages. At the Sectional Tournament, Zaria was the medalist with a score of 77, which helped lead the Panthers to a Division 1 Sectional Championship and a District Qualifying Birth. At the District Tournament, Zaria led the Panthers with a score of 80, good for a T22 finish. Congratulations on a great season and career Zaria.
Ziad Zedan is a competitor who plays with heart, passion and determination. His sound defense and threat attacking both on the dribble and combining on the flank provided the boys soccer team with consistency and quality. Ziad is one of the most dedicated, respectful and hardworking student athletes at Darby, as evidenced by his success both as a player and in the classroom, earning a 4.95 GPA this quarter while taking AP and College JumpStart courses.
