All Sports Parent/Athlete Meeting – 2024-2025

Parents of all Hilliard Darby and Hilliard Heritage athletes intending to try out for or participate in any sport during the 2024 – 2025 school year should plan to attend our Parent meeting on Wednesday, July 24th. We will meet in the PAC at Darby High School – 6:00 PM.

GET STARTED NOW – BE PREPARED FOR THE START OF FALL SPORTS – READ BELOW

ALL athletes and parents must have all forms completed before participating. All required forms can be found in your parent and athlete Final Forms accounts. All athletes must have a current physical on file before trying out or participating in practices.  Please be sure to report to the location listed for your sport.

Hilliard Heritage Fall sports are starting up. Please check back daily for updates. In preparation for Fall sports beginning, complete the steps below.

• New athlete to Heritage Middles School? Please select all sports you are interested in for the 24-25 school year. Click here to set up Final Forms accounts.
• Returning athlete to Heritage Middle School? Please select all sports you are interested in for the 24-25 school year. Click here to update Final Forms accounts.
• ALL athletes must have a current physical turned in before participating.
  • Updated Physical forms can be printed from your Final Forms account.
    • Log into Final Forms account.
    • Print from the OHSAA PPE Physical (for Physicians) page.
    • Free Sports Physicals – July 2024
  • Completed Physicals should be uploaded to your Final Forms account.
    •  Log into Final Forms account.
    • Upload completed physicals from the OHSAA PPE Physical (for Physicians) page.

  • Fees will post to “My Payment Plus” after August 2nd.
  • All athletic fees are due by the first regular season event.

Boys and Girls Soccer

Hilliard Middle School Soccer

The three Hilliard Middle Schools are always reviewing the athletics we offer and evaluating how we can work to create a more consistent offering and experience for our student athletes. In this process we have identified that the participation in Boy’s and Girl’s Soccer each year fluctuates a great deal for all three middle schools. Because of this we will approach soccer in a manner that we hope allows us to insure we have an offering for all three middle school soccer athletes each Fall. To ensure this we will be offering one combined tryout for boys and a combined tryout for girls soccer. We will then evaluate the response and attendance at tryouts and look to grow to multiple teams if possible. Our goal is to have a coach in place for boys and girls soccer at all three middle schools so to support larger numbers if that were to be the case. 

We will hold Open Fields on the following dates:

Monday, July 29, 2024 – 6:00 – 7:30 PM – Hilliard Heritage Soccer Practice Field (East side of Darby HS)

Tuesday, July 30, 2024 – 6:00 – 7:30 PM – Hilliard Heritage Soccer Practice Field (East side of Darby HS)

Tryouts

Thursday, August 1st, 2024 – 6:00 – 7:30 PM – Hilliard Heritage Soccer Practice Field (East side of Darby HS)

Friday, August 2nd, 2024 – 6:00 – 7:30 PM – Hilliard Heritage Soccer Practice Field (East side of Darby HS)

Monday Aug. 5th – TBD – this is a TBD depending upon numbers.  If a single MS were to have enough numbers, and a coach in place, to field a stand alone team, that team will split off into their own group and be on their own schedule.
