Help with Fundraising

Let’s begin with how the process works!

• • All fundraising efforts are coordinated at the HMB level – for all corporate, chapter, group, and functional levels.

• • Ideas are submitted through the chapter organizations that review the ideas and make sure they meet the minimum requirements for consideration.

• • The Chapter Co-Chair or Vice President submits the idea to the Executive Review Committee.

• • A decision is made. If approved, a Program Guide is produced for this fundraising effort which outlines the details and governance involved.
  • The Fundraising Idea is implemented at the appropriate level.

Help with Concessions

At Hilliard Bradley we share in concessions responsibilities with the Athletic Boosters. At football games we will be working side-by-side. For the other sporting events we will be sharing the duties for both indoor and outdoor for the entire year.

Concessions is the primary way we make money for the Music Booster program. We are hoping by spreading out the events more people will be interested in participating.

To make things simpler, we have started a concessions sign up program. It’s simple. You register once. Then sign up for what events you wish to work. The program has a complete list of the fall events, the date, and the sport.
