Skilled Trades
More and more students are asking about jobs in the trades. This video called Intro to the Trades, takes an overhead view of many of the careers in this industry. The full series, which can be found here, takes a deeper dive into many other trades out there, and shadows and interviews those who are Carpenters, Operating Engineers, and Plumbers, just to name a few. Bradley Theater Presents “Marian, or the True Tale of Robin Hood”
Get ready for a witty, gender-bending twist on the beloved classic, brought to life by talented teen actors for families to enjoy.
In this rendition, Maid Marian is actually Robin Hood in disguise, rallying a quirky band of Merry Men (most of whom are not men) to take on the greedy Prince John. As the rich grow richer and the poor suffer, who will defend the vulnerable? What does it truly cost to be your authentic self in challenging times?
