The Senior members of Student Council are sponsoring a Blood Drive on Oct. 31st from 8 to 2 in the Field House. Right now there is a shortage of blood around the country. Every donation saves lives. If you would like to donate, find a QR code in the hallways or ask a member of the student council. Each donor will receive a $10 Gift Card in the mail.
Want to show off your knowledge of U.S. history and government and compete for prizes? Sign up for the American Legion and Government test which will be given here at Davidson on Wednesday, October 30. The Understanding College Loans meeting is tomorrow October 29 at 6:30pm at Darby!
It is important for students/parents to understand how student loans work and what their payment options are after graduation. This meeting will help everyone better understand how students loans impact the student and family

- When: 11:45am depart (so show up before this time)
- Where: Davidson front-doors parking lot (the parking lot that faces Weaver Middle School).
- Feel free to make a sign, wear your blue and white, and give them a clap and a cheer as we slowly drive by on our way to STATE!
- Race time on Saturday is 2:45 pm

Interact Club will be holding a bake sale during all lunch periods Wednesday through Friday of this week raising money for a coat drive with Rock City Church and The Dream Center! Baked goods like cookies and holiday themed treats will be $1 – cash only. Enjoy a treat and come support the coat drive with us!
Did you know that candy wrappers can’t go in our regular recycling? The Environmental Club is sponsoring a Halloween Candy Wrapper drive. Please put your empty candy wrappers in the box outside room 216 starting this week. Thanks!
