Good morning, Wildcats!
Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance (recite pledge)
Here are your announcements for today:
For our final spotlight on Women’s History Month, we celebrate Amanda Gorman, the youngest inaugural poet in U.S. history, who captured national attention with her poem at the 2021 presidential inauguration. Through her powerful words, she inspires change, unity, and hope for future generations. Women in literature continue to shape culture and spark meaningful conversations. As we wrap up Women’s History Month, remember to donate feminine products to your 3rd period classroom, every contribution makes a difference!
Red Cross Club will meet tomorrow in room 139 after school. Any Questions see William Chen or Mr. Reese. All are welcome to attend
The chess club is hosting a tournament on Thursday March 26th at 2:40 in room 143. All are welcome and there will be free food. Please register using the QR codes around the school or on our instagram.
Attention Spanish club – we will have our March gathering this Thursday in the commons. Plan to come for games and fun!
During the student versus staff basketball game on March 27th we will be “pieing” three teachers in the face! On Tuesday through Thursday, March 24th to 26th, leading up to the game, tickets will be sold in the commons during lunch periods. Each ticket will cost one dollar and the top three teachers with the most tickets will be pied. Along with a purchase of a ticket you will write your name on the ticket and during halftime you will get the chance to pie a teacher via raffle!
That’s all we have for today. Make it a great day and GO CATS!
