According to the National Congress of American Indians, “The Navajo Nation reservation would comprise the 42nd largest state in the U.S., and is larger than the following 25 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia. An additional 19 tribal nations are each larger than the state of Rhode Island, while 12 tribal nations are each larger than the state of Delaware.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the Freshmen Class will be selling Grateful Grams for $1 beginning today during lunch periods. The grams will have candy attached and will be delivered on Friday, November 22nd.
Eat good and do good! Student Council will be having a bake sale during lunches on Thursday and Friday this week. Everything will be $1 and all proceeds will go to the Hilliard Food Pantry.
Come join the award winning Davidson Winterguard. The Davidson WInterguard will be holding clinics and auditions today, Monday November 18th, and Wednesday, November 20th at Scioto Darby Elementary from 6:30-8:30 PM. No experience necessary. Stop down to the band room for a flyer, or ask any color guard member or information!
The boys basketball team will be hosting a charity scrimmage on Tuesday, November 19th versus Canal Winchester. Freshmen play at 4:30, JV at 6:00, followed by Varsity at 7:30. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Little Hercules Foundation. Suggested donations are $5 per person and $10 per family. Come out and support your Wildcats and a great cause!
