Since World War II, the United States has experienced a strong Latin influence in jazz, pop and hip-hop music. Salsa, Samba, Bossa Nova, Merengue, Reggeaton, Tango, Cueca, Bolero, Danzon, Rumba, Cumbia, Mambo, and Latin Pop are among the long list of types and variations of Latin music each bringing their native rhythms and unique sound.
The Franklin County Board of Elections is looking for students 17 and older to work the polls on November 5th. They are willing to pay approximately $170 for the commitment to participate.
