Peer Registration Requirements for Accepted Peers
Do not complete online registration form until the child has been accepted into the peer program.
Once accepted, complete the following:
- Parents are directed to the online registration form.
- The parent gathers appropriate documentation and schedules an appointment with the records compliance officer.
- Proof of Custody- If Applicable
- Proof of Residence
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records
When registration is finalized, the child will not start at the preschool until the following school year.
