PTO Mission

The mission of the PTO is to bring into closer relationship the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate at all levels to secure the highest advantages in physical, intellectual, and social education for every child.

PTO Provides Support for…

Parent/Teacher conferences, Teacher and staff appreciation events, Honor Roll Breakfasts, Student socials such as the Back-to-School Bash, Halloween Dance, the winter and spring Dances, quarterly treats and student raffles, and so much more.

Fundraising

PTO depends on successful fundraising to raise the necessary funds to continue our mission. Throughout the school year, the PTO engages with Hilliard community partners to raise funds through Spirit Nights, secures donations through rewards programs with Kroger, Giant Eagle, and Amazon Smiles, and relies on the generous contributions of our families.

The PTO collects a ONE-TIME tax deductible DONATION so you don’t have to fundraise throughout the school year. 100% of your donation dollars will go directly to our school for many exciting programs and resources for our children.

The MMS PTO is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, which means your contributions are tax deductible!

Spirit Wear is currently offered through T & L Graphics with several sales a year. MMS PTO receives a portion of the proceeds of all sales. Please email HilliardMemorialPTO@yahoo.com for more information.

Volunteer Information

Memorial PTO is looking for parents to volunteer their time and/or talents to help us support our staff and students.
