8th Grade Washington DC Trip
October 12 – October 15, 2026

It is time to start planning for next year’s 8th grade Washington, DC trip!  Our current 7th graders will have the opportunity to attend next year from October 12-15, 2026.   The three Hilliard Middle Schools will be traveling during the same timeframe. 

The three middle schools will hold a combined webinar to provide information about the trip on Wednesday, April 8 at 7 PM.  A representative from our partner tour company, Prodigy Tours, will also be present to share information.

Trip Information

• Parent Letter – This has general trip information such as a trip overview, cost, payments deadlines, cancellation policy, tour company contact information.
• Sample Itinerary – This is the currently projected itinerary for the trip.
• A non-refundable deposit of $150 per student is due to Prodigy Student Travel by Fri. April 24, 2026.
• All parents need to visit prodigystudenttravel.com to register their student. The deposit can be made at this website as well.
• Trip Code – Our trip code is HWGDC. The linked document gives greater details about setting up your Prodigy account.
