In Ohio, a parent interested in educating their child at home may request that the child be excused from compulsory school attendance for home education purposes. There is no State or School District financial assistance for families who choose this option.
If you are interested in homeschooling your child, please complete the Home School Notification form below and attach a list of curriculum and books you will be using for each child. If you have previously home schooled your child in the Hilliard City Schools attendance area you will also need to attach a copy of your child’s academic assessment from the previous school year.
